Being in and around this business for the majority of my life, I like to tease from time to time that; "I've seen everything in the world of real estate once, twice!"

In reality I enjoy working with good people, providing solid advice for the novice or pro, customer or returning client, regardless of property type or transaction side.

A traditional resume with all the dates and milestones might be interesting to read for some, but the events and experiences throughout the years are the real gems that I like to pass along.

As you can see from my photo I now have plenty of gray hair, wrinkles and the need for glasses to read a contract. I have been in and understand the many positions that people, families or companies have faced over the decades regarding their choices in real estate and would like to apply some of that working knowledge to your transaction.
